This summer marks the start of a new era in real estate transactions with the introduction of the integrated disclosures that will replace the Good Faith Estimate, Truth-in-Lending and HUD-1 Settlement Statement documents. The new documents will be easier to understand for the consumer, but will also bring changes to the way lenders, title companies, and real estate agents do business.
